Jiazhou Li, PhD, Professor. In 2014, he was selected as provincial talent of Guangdong Province "thousand Hundred and Ten" Talent Project. In 2019, he was selected as the post scientist of agricultural industrial technology system of Guangdong Province. He is now Deputy Director of the Innovation Laboratory of Systems Microbiology and Synthetic Biology. Mainly engaged in agricultural microbial metabolism control, aquaculture environment control and waste comprehensive utilization technology research and development and promotion work. Research areas include microbial species isolation and identification, microbial metabolism regulation, synthetic microorganisms, microbial genetic engineering, microbial application technology, etc. He has presided over or participated in 12 vertical science and technology projects and 13 horizontal technology projects at all levels, such as the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Natural Science Foundation of Guangdong Province, and Guangdong Province. A total of 23 scientific papers have been published, including 6 SCI papers. Chief editor of 2 teaching materials; 11 patents have been applied, of which 4 have been granted.
