Research Interests: Dr. Hu mainly focuses on piglets nutrition and immune regulation. She aims to systematically and mechanistically investigate how nutrients and their metabolites work on the immune system (e.g., amino acids, vitamins and so on) and provides nutrient strategies to meet the challenge of antibody elimination.
