Jianhao Li, Bachelor of Agriculture, promotion researcher for Agricultural Technology. Obtained his bachelor’s degree of animal husbandry from South China Agricultural University, he is currently the director of the pig breeding research department, a member of the Guangdong Provincial Animal and Poultry Genetic Resources Committee, and the deputy leader of the pig professional committee. His research is mainly focused on pig breeding, production management, application promotion of new pig breeds and technologies. He won several rewards as a participant in projects, such as ‘Research and Application of Key Nutrition Technology for Pig Healthy Breeding’ won the first prize of Guangdong Science and Technology Award, ‘Study on Breeding of New Lean Pig Breeds and Its Supporting Technology’ & ‘Subtropical Intensive Pig Breeding Technology and Its Supporting Feeding Technology’ won the second prize of Guangdong Science and Technology Progress Award, ‘Breeding and Promotion of Wufeng Lean Breeding Pig’ won the third prize of Guangdong Science and Technology Award, ‘Study and application of key technologies for safe and efficient feed industrialization for lean pigs’ won the first prize of Science and Technology of Guangdong Academy of Agricultural Sciences, ‘Agricultural pig breeding and healthy breeding technology demonstration and promotion’ won the first prize of the National Agriculture, Animal Husbandry and Fishery Harvest Award. He also won a Golden Bridge Award of Excellence from China Technology Market Association, two first prizes and four second prizes of Guangdong Agricultural Technology Promotion Award. Besides, he published more than 40 papers and participated in the compilation of ‘Rapid Pig Raising Technology’ and ‘Ten Tips on Pig Raising’.
