• Breeding 38 specialized lines and 8 new synthetic lines, of which 3 synthetic ones have been awarded with the National Certificate of New Breed in Livestock and Poultry with 15% of market share in total and the largest industry influence.

• Removing the bottlenecks of a low-quality carcass in iced yellow-feathered chicken via the establishment and application of some initial pivotal technologies, e.g., being the first to solve the hyperpigmentation of the visceral peritoneum (a 90% decrease in occurrence rate) via marker-assisted selection (MAS).

• Creatively solving the common problems and removing the bottleneck restricting the improvements of quality and efficiency in industry, e.g., increasing 5% Feed/Gain via developing molecular markers having important effects on feed efficiency.

• Creating high-efficiency chick production techniques and establishing an integrated Breeding-Reproduction-Promotion technological program, with which the hen mating interval shortens by over 10 days and 5 extra chicks can be provided by each hen in each rotation-mating.
