• In this 2021, the phenotype-genotype database of Tibetan pigs was established by using the preserved Tibetan pig population. The data of related breed resources, Lipid and proteome were collected in the Guangdong Province livestock and poultry GERMPLASM resources database. Two new genes (STING and GBP12) associated with disease resistance were found and their functions were verified, which could be used as the basis for screening disease resistance. CRISPR/Cas9 technique was used to cleave the pig chromosome at multiple sites, and the cell lines with Y chromosome deleted were obtained, which provided important materials for sex control in pigs.
